About Us
We love property and understand property. But being in the Property game comes with it's challenges. Firstly, not all "Deals" stack up and you need the know how to know the difference between a real "Deal" and one that, simply put, just doesn't cut the mustard. Secondly, even when you have found your real Deal, there will be times when you need to reach out to someone who has experience in what to do. Thirdly, when things are aren't working the way they should, you need a problem solver to help fix it. We have that experience and we've got your back.
Emily Reid
DIRECTOR
With over 25 years of property experience, Emily has weathered the dynamic tides of the market, navigating the diverse challenges of property investment and development. Her journey commenced in 1996 with the acquisition of an ex-commission home in the Victorian suburb of Hampton—a strategic move based on the area being undervalued at the time and aimed at transforming the property into a luxurious abode, surpassing the value of established homes through demolition and reconstruction.
In 2001, she seized an opportunity in Bendigo, strategically positioning herself on the cusp of a burgeoning estate to capitalise on forthcoming equity appreciation. Her portfolio expanded to encompass diverse properties, including acreage which became a Greyhound Racing and dog breeding business, in Woodend, Victoria.
Emily's narrative unfolds as a tapestry of transformative projects, each bearing testament to her foresight, adaptability and research. From revitalising an existing home and adding two-units on a 1050m2 site in Chelsea, Victoria, to relocating an old weatherboard home across Victoria from Mount Eliza to Bendigo, to restoring and renovating this relocated home and other properties, as well as orchestrating the subdivision of land.
Further projects included the purchase of multiple potential development sites in the Victorian Regional city of Warrnambool, one of which was of a large 9450m2 site which has now become a development of a Child Care Centre and 15 Townhouses.
The tale of this site is quite adventurous as it started out as an existing small residential house which was to become a 100 Apartment and Townhouse Affordable Housing site. This was re-designed to be a combination of 73 Apartments and Townhouses, which was supported by Senior council members and State Government but knocked back by local councillors. This was re-designed a second time and was approved to become a combination of 35 Houses and Townhouses, but after selling the site to a Child Care Centre Provider, this site went through a third re-design which has now also been approved for a Child Care Centre and 15 Townhouses.
.
Recently, Emily has also been involved in group consultation on the production of Specialist Disability Accommodation.
